Scalloped Potato's with Ham
Great way to use up leftover ham.
ingredients
- 6 potato’s sliced
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1/2 onion chopped--optional
- Diced ham about 1 1/2 cups
- Grated Cheese --cheddar, longhorn, or co-jack, about 1 cup
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
directions

Mix soup with 1 can water and set aside.

Grease a casserole dish.

Add a layer of sliced potato’s. Add some diced ham, pour some soup mixture over this, add some cheese, dot with butter, salt and pepper, repeat layers ending with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 90 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
