Red Neck Potatoes
ingredients
- 10 small red potatoes
- 1 bottle Ranch dressing
- green onions, chopped
- salt and pepper
- cheese, grated
directions
Boil red potatoes in skin until tender. Drain and place in casserole dish. Cut in fourths. Salt and pepper to taste. Place chopped green onions over potatoes. Cover with ranch dressing and mix well (may not need to use the whole bottle). Top with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot and cheese is melted. This can also be microwaved.
