Britt's Foil wrapped Potatoes

potatoes in foil cooked on the grill

ingredients

  • 1- 5 lb bag of Potatoes (any kind that you like)
  • Splash of Olive Oil
  • Lots of Garlic Cloves
  • Green onions
  • 1 white or yellow onion
  • a few bacon slices-cooked
  • pinch of rosemary or cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Lawrys seasoning salt to taste
  • aluminum foil

directions

    cube potatoes and toss in a bowl with olive oil to coat. Leave the skins on. add everything else to your own preferances.

    Place in the middle of a med size piece of tin foil

  • 3

    Place a scoop in the middle of the tinfoil, fold in half to make a pocket and keep folding sides until it makes a pouch and won’t leak out the jouces. BBQ 30 or so minutes until potatoes are tender. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream..Left overs great with scrambled eggs the next morning
