Grandma's yeast dough
Grandma adapted this yeast recipe to replicate Grandpa’s mother’s sweet yeast kugel
ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/8 cup warm water
- ~2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup parve milk (soy milk or parve creamer)
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
directions

Dissolve yeast, mix remaining ingredients adding flour until a bouncing ball.

Refrigerate 1 hour with wet cloth on top.

Roll to shape. Add cinnamon, sugar, raisins, jam. Fold into a greased pan.

Bake at 350 degrees. watch after 20 minutes.
