Margaret's Potato Casserole
ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
- 4 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Green onions, chopped (optional)
- Bacon bits (optional)
directions
Preheat over to 350°. Cut, cook, drain and mash potatoes. Add milk, butter, garlic powder, salt pepper and cheeses. Mix well. Place in a 2-quart greased casserole dish. Sprinkle top of casserole with Parmesan cheese. Bake 350° until lightly browned.

Children love this! It can be made and kept in the refrigerator to be reheated at another time.
