Chipperelle's Salad

ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 1/2 cloves of garlic, grated
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Less than 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salad base:
- 1 1/2 hard boiled egg, chopped
- 1 1/2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- Sliced pepperoncini
- 5 tablespoons Romano cheese, grated

Mix all dressing ingredients together and set aside.

Mix all salad ingredients together except cheese. Toss with dressing and top with Romano cheese.
