Spectacular Frozen Corn

Cut corn off the cob. Put corn in a large roasting pan. Add butter and half and half.

Place in 325 degree oven. Cook for one hour stirring occasionally.

Remove from oven. Cool down by placing roasting pan in a sink with ice water. Divide into 2 pans or bowl to cool quicker.

When cool, package and freeze as quickly as possible. Ziploc bags work nicely for freezing.

When serving, heat corn, add slat and pepper and a bit of sugar if desired.
