Polly's Deviled Eggs

ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled
- 2/3 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c sweet pickle relish, squeezed of excess liquid
- 2 T prepared mustard
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 t white pepper
- 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- Paprika for garnish

Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.

Place cooked yolks in bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork. Mix in remaining ingredients, except paprika. If the filling is too thick, add a little pickle juice or mayonnaise. Spoon the filling into the hollowed-out whites. Sprinkle with paprika
