Spinach Parmesan Dip

ingredients

  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinich, thawed
  • 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

    Drain spinich; press between two paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.

    Add spinach, 1 cup parmesan, minced onion, Italian seasoning, hot sauce, garlic powder and ground pepper. Stir and spoon into 1 quart casserole dish.

    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan and paprika. Bake 10 more minutes.

    Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
