Steak Fajitas
ingredients
- 1/3 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 Tblsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 lb. skirt steak
- red, green, & yellow pepper
- 1 onion
- flour tortillas
- salsa
- guacamole
- sour cream
directions

In bowl mix 6 items, add meat. Marinade overnight.

Slice peppers and onions, brush with olive oil.

Place steak on grill turning and brushing with reserve marinade until done to your liking. Grill peppers and onions on grill rack.

To serve, cut steak into thin slices on the diagonals. Serve on tortillas with the toppings of your choice.
