Zucchini Bread
Beat eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla until it thickens. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and nutmeg. Add flour mixture gradually to the egg mixture. Then fold in the raisins and walnuts. Pour into two 5x9 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Check with a toothpick to make sure it’s done.
