Tzaziki
ingredients
- English or hot house cucumber (no waxy skin) seeded (use a spoon to scoop out seeds)
- greek yogurt
- salt
- chopped dill
- garlic
- mint (if you like)
directions
Combine 1 large English cucumber, seeded and grated, with a container of Greek yogurt (like you see at Trader Joe’s). Add salt, chopped dill, chopped garlic perhaps even some mint to taste.
