POTATO CASSEROLE

ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1/2 c. melted Margarine
  • 1 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. Pepper
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 - 8 oz. carton Sour Cream
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped Onion
  • 10 oz. shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Topping:
  • 2 c. crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1/2 c. melted Margarine

directions

  • 1

    Thaw potatoes and combine all ingredients except topping in a large mixing bowl.

    Put in large casserole dish.

  • 3

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

  • 4

    Remove from oven, sprinkle topping mixture on casserole and bake for 15-20 more minutes until topping is brown.
