POTATO CASSEROLE
ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted Margarine
- 1 t. Salt
- 1/2 t. Pepper
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 - 8 oz. carton Sour Cream
- 1/2 c. finely chopped Onion
- 10 oz. shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Topping:
- 2 c. crushed Corn Flakes
- 1/2 c. melted Margarine

Thaw potatoes and combine all ingredients except topping in a large mixing bowl.

Put in large casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Remove from oven, sprinkle topping mixture on casserole and bake for 15-20 more minutes until topping is brown.
