CHIPPED BEEF DIP

ingredients

  • 2 - 2 1/2 oz. jars of Dried Beef
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 T. Milk
  • 1 small carton Sour Cream
  • 1 medium Chopped Onion
  • Salt & Pepper to taste.
  • 1/2 c. chopped Green Pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 c. Chopped Pecans

  • 1

    Mix & pour all ingredients except pecans into pie plate.

  • 2

    Garnish with Pecans.

  • 3

    Bake at 350° degrees for 20-30 minutes.

  • 4

    Serve hot with snack crackers or mini bagels.
