Striped Pudding Delight
ingredients
Pudding Filling- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 pkgs (4 serving size) instant pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- mini chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes. Cool completely.
Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Prepare pudding as directed on package, using 3 cups of milk. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with mini chocolate chips.
