CHEF HOMEBOYARDEE
All purpose condiment used in Chamorro cuisine. This is my style of making it used for my favorite BBQ dishes as marinade or meat topping.
ingredients
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons crushed red hot peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
directions
Add ingredients in container and mix.
notes
Can subsitute red hot peppers with chopped jalepenos or habanero.
