Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwiches

ingredients

  • 4 lb pork roast
  • 2 onions, slice
  • 1 onion,chopped
  • 5-6 whole cloves
  • 2 cups water
  • 16 oz of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • Salt & pepper

    Place one sliced onion in bottom of

    crock pot. Stud roast with cloves & season with salt & pepper. Place in crock pot & cover with 2nd sliced onion.Cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.

    Remove roast & discard cloves, onion & any water or juices remaining. When meat is cool enough, use a fork or your fingers to pull apart & shred all meat.

    Return to crock pot. Mix with chopped onion & BBQ sauce, Cover & cook on high 1 to 3 hours.

    Serve on buns with dill pickle, sliced onion & peppers of your choise.
