Spirited Apricot Slush
Great invitational brunch beverage!
ingredients
- 1 (12oz) Can frozen lemonade, thawed
- 1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice, thawed
- 1 cup gin
- 1 cup apricot brandy
- 3 liters (12 cups) Sprite or 7-up, divided
directions
Combine all ingredients except 1 liter of Sprite in a large nonmetal container. Freeze 1 to 2 days. Remove slush from freezer 1 hour beore serving. To serve, place slush in a punch bowl, pour remaining Sprite into the bowl , and stir gently.
