Jack Daniel's Grill Glaze

ingredients
- 1 Head of garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2/3 cup Water
- 1 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 1/3 cup Dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Jack Daniel’s whiskey
- 1 Tbsp. Crushed pineapple
- 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Drizzle olive oil over garlic, cover with tin foil, and roast for 1hr.

Combine water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar in medium sauce pan over medium-high heat. Stir in remaining ingredients to pan and stir.

Squeeze the sides of the garlic to extract paste. Add 2 tsp. of paste to sauce. Simmer for 35-45 minutes, untill thick and syrupy.
