~Olive Cheese Spread~
It wouldn’t be Christmas without this! I make it all year long and use larger, sandwich rye and eat it for lunch!!!
ingredients
- 1/2 cup ripe olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 and 1/2 cups of grated sharp cheddar(6 oz.)
- 1 loaf party rye
directions
Mix all and spread onto the rye and broil on a cookie sheet.
