Marinated Pork chops

ingredients

  • 1 can cola
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 6 bone-in pork loin chops

directions

    In a 2-cup measuring cup, combine the first 7 ingredients; mix well. Pour 1 1/2 cups into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops.

  • 2

    Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Cover remaining marinade for basting.

  • 3

    Drain ane discard marinade from pork.

  • 4

    Grill chops, basting with reserved marinade, until juices run clear.
