Sweet Potato Chunk Deliciousness
ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes
- Sauce:
- Maple Syrup (not light)
- Hot Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- Butter or Margarine, melted
- I don’t know the amounts. I make them up every time. Just make enough sauce to drizzle and coat the potatoes lightly.

Wash and peel sweet potatoes.

Boil until fork stabable.

Cut into chunks using the amazing veggie cutter; large squares.

Place in a sprayed baking dish.

Mix butter, syrup, hot sauce, salt and pepper until it tastes good to you.

Drizzle the deliciousness over the sweet potatoes and toss them in it gently.

Bake at 425 degrees until done. If you want them a little crispy, broil for a few minutes at the end.

Toss again at the end and serve.
