Sticky Chicky
ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 3 T. red wine vinegar
- 3 T. honey
- 1/2 T. chili powder
- 1/2 T. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 T. ginger
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 T. cornstarch

1. Preheat oven to 400°. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange chicken in pan.

2. Whisk together rest of ingredients. Pour evenly over chicken Turn pieces to coat. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes.
