ingredients

  • 2 cups graham crumbs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup + 3/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 6.8 oz butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • chopped pecans to taste

    Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl mix together crumbs, butter, & 1/3 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish & bake 10 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. In another bowl whip the cream with the remaining 3/4 cup sugar into stiff peaks.

    Prepare the pudding with the 3 cups milk. Fold 1 cup of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mix. Spread over crust. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese. Cover with remaining whipped cream. Garnish with nuts.
