Antipasto Platter
ingredients
- 1 24 ounce jar pepperoncinis, drained
- 1 15ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms - cut in half
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes - cut in half
- 1 can black olives, drained
- 1/2 pound chunk provolone cheese - cubed
- 1/2 pound salami or pepperoni chunk - cubed
- 8 ounces Italian dressing
- Lettuce leaves - preferably red leaf

In a large plastic storage bag, add all ingredients, except lettuce.

Store in refrigerator at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Arrange lettuce leaves on platter, spoon mixture on top of lettuce.
