ingredients

  • 1 24 ounce jar pepperoncinis, drained
  • 1 15ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms - cut in half
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes - cut in half
  • 1 can black olives, drained
  • 1/2 pound chunk provolone cheese - cubed
  • 1/2 pound salami or pepperoni chunk - cubed
  • 8 ounces Italian dressing
  • Lettuce leaves - preferably red leaf

directions

  • 1

    In a large plastic storage bag, add all ingredients, except lettuce.

  • 2

    Store in refrigerator at least 30 minutes or overnight.

  • 3

    Arrange lettuce leaves on platter, spoon mixture on top of lettuce.
