Breakfast Strada
This is an egg casserole that you make the day before and refrigerate over night.
ingredients
- 8 cups bread cubes
- 9 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 12 ozs. grated sharp cheese
- 1 tsp. salt, dash of pepper
- 1 lb of sausage,or bacon or ham

Remove crusts from bread and cut into cubes to make 8 cups
- 2
Grease a 9 x 13 pan or pyrex dish. Layer bottom of pan with 4 cups of bread cubes. Sprinkle with meat on top and half of cheese. Mix eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour carefully over the bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
