Oat Bran Honey Muffins
Recipe from a Hodgson Mill box.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Hodgson Mill Oat Bran
- 1 1/2 cups Hodgson Mill Wheat Flour
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 egg whites, beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup honey
directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine the 5 dry ingredients and mix together. Mix egg whites, buttermilk, oil and honey together. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well. Fill lightly greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
