This is a delicious comfort dish that is great for company.

ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1 large onion (chopped) or bag of frozen onions
  • 2 packs dry ranch dressing
  • 2 packs dry taco seasoning
  • 2 cans white corn (drained)
  • 2 cups water
  • 16 oz can black beans
  • 16 oz can pinto beans
  • 16 oz can kidney beans
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 10 can Rotelle tomatoes & chilis

    Brown beef & onions together and drain

  • 2

    Mix all ingredients together

  • 3

    Cook in crock pot on high for 3-4 hours

  • 4

    Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, and fritos
