Grilled Pineapple II
ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple cut into rings or a can of pineapple rings
- 1/4 c coconut milk
- 1/2 c cinnamon sugar
directions
Dip pineapple into coconut milk, then cinnamon-sugar. Grill 6 minutes on each side. Serve warm
