Danish Horns
Christmas Cookies
ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 cups sour cream
- Filling
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1. Blend flour and margarine

2. Add egg yolk and sour cream

3.Divide into 4 balls. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.

4. Roll one at a time into 10" circles

5. Cut 12 wedges pie shaped.

6. Sprinkle with filling and roll up.

7. Brush tops with egg white and sprinkle with sugar.

8. Bake 15-20 minutes in 375°
