Omlet in a Bag
ingredients
- 2 eggs per person
- Cheese
- Onion
- Green pepper
- Tomato
- Hash browns
- Salsa
- Or what ever else you like

Take a quart size freezer bag—crack 2 eggs in bag…(do not use more than 2 eggs)

Shake to combine them

Put variety of ingredients as listed above

Shake well

Make sure to get all air out of bag and zip it up.

Place bags in boiling water for exactly 13 minutes

Open bags and the omelet will roll out easily.
