Hashbrown Casserole
Creamy, cheesey hashbrown casserole.
ingredients
- 1 bag of shredded hashbrowns
- 1 can of cheddar cheese soup
- 1 small container sour cream
- 2 cups shredded colby/jack cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 chopped green onions
- 6 strips of bacon; cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper
directions

1. Mix all ingredients except bacon and reserve 1/2 cup of cheese. Place into a buttered glass baking dish.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon.

3. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
