Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes
ingredients
- 2 lbs Red Potato
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Lemon, squeezed
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400°.
- 2
Cut potatoes in quarters and place in a 8x8 baking dish. Mix olive oil and add the rest of the ingredients and pour over potatoes. Mix until all potatoes are covered. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil.

Bake for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer.
