THE Breakfast Power Sandwich
Fiber, protein, dairy, good omega-3 fat, and flavor all in one
ingredients
- 2 slices double fiber bread
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheese (your choice)
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
directions

Lightly salt and pepper the turkey bacon and add a dash of paprika. Cook to desired crispness in non-stick pan. Set aside.

Cook egg to desired doneness in same pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with cheese for a few seconds to melt.

Toast bread. Then layer egg with cheese, turkey bacon, and avocado between bread slices.

Your day won’t be the same.

Add a slice of tomato, if you want to get fancy.
