  • 2 T. Thai or Vietnamese fish sauce
  • 2 T. fresh lime juice
  • 2 T. packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 cans (8 ounces each) sliced bamboo shoots, drained
  • 3 T. chopped fresh mint
