Chocolate Fondue
ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pound bittersweet chocolate (chips or bars, chopped)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons flavored liqueur (such as Bailey’s Irish Cream or Kahlua)
directions
In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, warm cream until steam starts to rise (2 to 3 minutes). Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Stir in liqueur. Pour sauce into fondue pot.
