Kim's Grape Salad
ingredients
- 3 lbs. red and green seedless grapes
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup sugar or splenda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans

Remove grapes from stems; rinse and dry.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix with a mixer until well blended. Stir in grapes. Spread in casserole dish.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over grape mixture.

Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
