Southwestern Dip

ingredients

  • 1 can bean dip
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons taco/southwest seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions – chopped
  • 1 medium tomato- chopped

directions

Preheat oven to 375°. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning together. Spread the bean dip evenly on the bottom of a baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of bean dip. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Top with chopped green onions and tomato. Serve with tortilla chips.
