Mustard Creme Fraiche

Great over the Maryland Crabcakes
ingredients
- 1/2 C. creme fraiche
- 1/4 C. mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
- 2 drops Tobasco
directions
Mix all the ingredients together and serve at room temperature. May be refrigerated for 3-4 days.
