Taco Salads
This a great quick healthy dinner.
ingredients
- 1 lb lean (90-93%) Ground Beef or Turkey
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 bag pre-washed Iceberg Lettuce salad
- 1 bag 2% Sharp Cheddar or Mexican cheese
- 1 pint Grape Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion sliced
- Salsa
- Sour cream
- Fresh Cilantro
- Catalina dressing
- 1 bag blue corn Tortilla chips

Cook the meat according to the package directions on the back of the taco seasoning package.

Divide the salad into 4 large bowls.

Put layer of red onion

Put a layer of grape tomatoes

Put a layer of Taco meat

Put a layer of cheese
- 8
Take a handful of chips and crush them

over the top of each salad.

Garnish with salsa, sour cream and chopped cilantro.

You can use the Catalina dressing or even salsa for a healthier choice.

You can add whatever other ingredients your family likes for ex. sliced jalapeno, olives,etc.
