ingredients
Layer One- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 1/2 Stick Butter
- 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 Large Pkg Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Pkg. Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 3 Cups Milk

1. Blend together layer one and pat out in a 13 x 9" pan and bake for 15 minutes.

2. While cooling 1st layer, soften cream cheese and blend layer 2.

3. Spread layer two over cooled layer one.

4. Mix pudding mix and milk and beat until thick.

5. Pour over layer one and two.

6. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

7. Chill.
