Fresh Fruit Compote with Orange-Lime Drizzle
Great fruit salad for brunch or light dessert.
ingredients
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup cubed peeled kiwifruit (about 4)
- 1 cup sliced banana (about 2)
- 1 cup cubed peeled ripe mango
- 1 cup cubed peeled papaya
- 2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients and drizzle over the fruit mixture. Toss gently to coat.
