Floss & Albs chocolate fridge cake
One for the diet!!!
ingredients
- 250g (8oz) digestive biscuits
- 150g (5oz) plain chocolate
- 150g (5oz) milk chocolate
- 150g (5oz) golden syrup
- 100g (3 1/2oz) unsalted butter
- 75g (2 1/2oz) raisins
- 100g (3 1/2oz) dried apriots (chopped)
- 60g (2oz) chopped pecans (optional)

1 Use clingfilm to line a 20cm(8in) shallow square-shaped tin. Leave extra clingfilm hanging over the sides.

2 Bash the biscuits into pieces using a rolling pin. (put in plastic bag first)

3 Melt chocolate, butter, and golden syrup in a heat proof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Stir occasionally.

4 Remove the bowl from heat and stir in broken biscuits, apricots, raisins and pecans.

5 Spoon mix into tin. Level surface by pressing it down with a masher.

6 Leave to cool, then put chocolate mix in fridge for 1-2 hours to set.

7 Turn out the cake. Peel off clingfilm, cut into 12 squares and ENJOY!!

Can keep up to two weeks in fridge.
