Irish Cream
While on an Anniversary trip in Seattle to the “Cabin” in 1988, our hostess left little trays of treats (ie. freshly baked cookies in the afternoon, Irish cream at night, and fresh raspberry muffins for breakfast in the morning) on the porch of our cabin. This “treat” has appeared frequently since then.
ingredients
- 8 oz can condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup Hershey chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 cup Irish Whiskey (liquor of choice)
- 1 qt whipping cream (or 1 pt heavy cream and 1 pt half and half)

Add ingredients to blender, mix well, don’t whip
- 2
Refrigerate for 24 hours prior to serving.
