ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- Lobsters
- 3 doz. clams
- 3 1/2 lb. shrimp
- Extra lg. can clam juice
- White cooking wine (1/4 bottle)
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh garlic

Using a very large pot, brown garlic, then brown lobster meat facing down.

Add cleaned clams.

Put fresh parsley, black & red pepper on top.

Cover and wait approx. 2 mins, then add wine.

Let it boil, then add butter and 3/4 can clam juice.

Let clams open a little and add shrimp.

Let cook 5 mins.

*DO NOT add salt.
