POTATO GRATIN
ingredients
- 1 Russet potatoes, peeled and sliced to 1/4"
- 1 Cup whole milk
- 1 Cup whipping cream
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 Cup grated Gruyére
- 3 Tbls Dry bread crumbs
- 3 Tbls grated Parmesan

Preheat oven to 350°

Combine:

potatoes, milk,cream,garlic,salt and pepper in large saucepan.

Simmer until potatoes are 3/4 cooked -

8-10 minutes.

Remove potatoes from heat and stir in Gruyere.

Pour potatoes into shallow pan.

Combine bread crumbs & Parmesan and scatter evenly over potatoes.

Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
