Flank Steak Italiano

ingredients

  • 1 lb. flank steak
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 hard cooked eggs
  • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • parsley
  • 1/2 c. sliced onions
  • 1 1/2 qt. Italian spaghetti sauce

    Trim fat from steak and butterfly. Fry and crumble Italian sausage. Drain grease. Evenly place uncooked bacon, provolone cheese, hard cooked eggs, and crumbled sausage over steak. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, parsley, and onions. Roll jelly roll stlye. Wrap and secure with string. Pour sauce over top.

    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.
