Spaghetti with Tiger Prawns
Serves 4
ingredients
- 500g spaghetti
- 12 fresh tiger prawns
- 450g broccoli
- 350g cherry tomatoes
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 10 basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper

Cook broccoli adding salt to taste if required - set aside for later

Boil water with a pinch of salt and have ready to add spaghetti.

Peel and halve tiger prawns before sauteing them on a hugh heat in extra virgin olive oil. Once the prawsn are warmed through add cherry tomatoes, basil leave and garlic. Cook until the tomatoes are slightly soft.

Add borccoli to the prawns and cherry tomatoes, seasoning with salt and black pepper.

Add your pata to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Once cooked, straing and add to the frying pan. Gently toss the pasta with all your ingredients on a low heat, adding some extra virgin olive oil to serve.
