Holiday Cranberry Relish
ingredients
- 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
- 1 large peeled chopped apple
- 1 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 T regular or balsamic vinegar
directions

Put all ingredients, (except vinegar) in med size saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat.

Simmer gently until relish thickens.

Remove from heat and add regular or balsamic vinegar. Cool & refrigerate.

Tightly covered, the relish will keep for 2 weeks.
