Marinated London Broil

ingredients

  • 1 (3-pound) London Broil cut
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil

directions

Combine mustard, ginger, pepper and garlic powder. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and oil and add to seasonings. Allow meat to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Grill to desired doneness and depending on thichkness of meat, usually 12 minutes per side. Before serving, slice thinly across the grain.
